主旨： 檢送「108學年度全國學生美術比賽」實施要點乙份，詳如說明，請查照。
說明：  
一、 依據國立臺灣藝術教育館108年5月30日藝視字第1080001772號函辦理。
二、 108學年度繪畫類國小高年級普通班組新增試辦決賽現場創作（簡章詳如要點附件二）。
三、 另，為求比賽之公平公正，請貴校協助宣導參賽學生及指導老師務必遵守參賽規則，不得侵犯他人著作權或有抄襲、代筆等違反比賽規則之情事。
四、 本縣108學年度學生美術比賽書法類將參照前開實施要點規定，先辦理初賽徵件，預計評選各組至多12名參與本府辦理之現場書寫決賽，並依現場書寫作品水準評定名次或佳作，每組擇最優至多6件作品代表本縣參加108學年度全國學生美術比賽。
