主旨： 有關僑務委員會鼓勵海外僑教老師及海外青年文化志工錄製之城市文化或節慶特色英文介紹影片宣傳一事，詳如說明，請查照。
說明：  
一、 依據教育部國民及學前教育署111年2月7日臺教國署國字第1110014427號函辦理。
二、 為推動2030雙語國家政策，僑務委員會邀集美國、加拿大、英國、澳洲及紐西蘭等英語系國家僑教老師及青年文化志工以僑居城市景點、節慶文化、當地美食、運動賽事等文化主題拍攝英文短片共計85支，供國內外各級學生瀏覽學習，藉以瞭解外國社會與文化，並提升英語學習動機。
三、 該批影片業於教育部「教育雲」下「教育媒體影音平臺」之「僑見世界英語」專區(https://video.cloud.edu.tw/video/co_topic.php?cat=76)及臺北市政府教育局「酷課雲」之「僑校專區」(https://cooc.tp.edu.tw/news/277)及僑務委員會「全球僑胞數位學習平台(https://elearning.taiwan-world.net/)」上架，惠請參考運用，並鼓勵學生上網瀏覽學習。
