主旨： 有關貴校辦理自習及活動等相關事宜，詳如說明，請查照。
說明：  
一、 依據彰化縣公私立國民中小學學生雜費及各項代收代辦費收支辦法、彰化縣立國民中學學生課後課業輔導實施要點、彰化縣國民中學學生假期學習活動實施要點、彰化縣國民中小學發展特色社團活動實施辦法、國民中小學教學正常化實施要點及彰化縣國民中小學教學正常化視導實施計畫辦理。
二、 「彰化縣公私立國民中小學學生雜費及各項代收代辦費收支辦法」第6條規定：「學校除依規定收費外，不得另行巧立名目收費或自行決定代辦項目…。」，按所謂代辦費係指學校代為辦理學生相關事務之費用，各校應遵守本府頒布「彰化縣立國民中學學生課後課業輔導實施要點」、「彰化縣國民中學學生假期學習活動實施要點」、「彰化縣國民中小學發展特色社團活動實施辦法」規定辦理。
三、 貴校辦理相關學生活動屬上開規定之範疇者，應依上開規定以代收代付方式處理，並納入學校會計程序辦理。不得以家長會名義辦理，納入家長會帳戶，簡化作業流程而規避法令規定，另若有賸餘應依本府99年1月12日府教國字第0990009589號函辦理，單項結餘每生超過新臺幣10元以上（含10元）者，應於學期結束時退還學生。
四、 另依國民中小學教學正常化實施要點第4點第1項第2款第2目之4規定：「留校自習應以自由參加為原則，不得收費…。」及彰化縣國民中小學教學正常化視導實施計畫第5點第1項第2款第4目規定：「留校自習應以自由參加為原則，不得收費…。」請貴校依前開規定辦理。
